Keenly interested in computers his whole life, Elliot Horowitz has been developing for the Internet since 2001 after completing the web development program at Santa Monica College. Later, he went on to complete the Information Technology program at California State University-Los Angeles, graduating with honors from both institutions.

Previously, Elliot (Eli Star), was involved in the music field both as a DJ and as producer. During this period, Elliot was resident DJ at MAGIC WEDNESDAYS (Los Angeles' largest weekly electronic club), THE PALACE (Hollywood), and VERTIGO (Los Angeles). He performed alongside Paul Oakenfold, Crystal Method, Rabbit in the Moon, and Underworld, at shows attended by huge audiences as in Coachella Valley with crowds topping 45,000 people.

As producer/remixer, he has mixed songs for Stevie Wonder, Dolly Parton, Carly Simon, James Brown, and Smokey Robinson, as well as producing music for many radio and TV movie commercials including Star Trek, X-Files, and Lethal Weapon.

Now focused entirely on developing for the Internet, Elliot, along with StarNet Solutions, provides unparalleled expertise in delivering rich media over XHTML, CSS, and cross-browser compliant standards.
